Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session at any time prior to the scheduled start time at no additional cost. We encourage providing as much notice as possible to ensure availability.

Cancellations & No-Shows
If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be applied. This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you and allows us to continue offering consistent support to all clients.

Late Arrivals
Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in cost.
