Due to the nature of the services and products offered through this website, all purchases are non-refundable.
Digital Products
All digital products, including downloadable resources, worksheets, and materials, are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of this, all digital product sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Coaching Sessions & Services
All individual sessions, group sessions, workshops, and services are non-refundable once purchased. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions or rescheduling in accordance with the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
Memberships
All membership purchases are non-refundable. Clients may cancel their membership at any time to prevent future billing; however, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any unused time or services within the current billing period.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Scheduling conflicts
- Failure to attend a scheduled session
- Lack of use or participation in purchased services or memberships
